One of the world's most admired architectural groups, Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), is creating this stunning new tower. The 28-story, 420,000-square-foot Atlantic Tower features a glass lobby, and highly efficient 25,000 square foot typical floor plates. In accordance with Crocker Partner's corporate policy adopted in 2006, the building is being designed to meet the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high performance green buildings.
